Standard returns: Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Standard returns receive store credit, less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Contact help@maadson.com before returning an item.
Jake chair trial: Separate original-payment refund and fee terms apply only to the first 20 qualifying paid online Jake-chair orders placed and paid October 18–November 16, 2026, New York time, or until the cap is reached. Customer pays return freight; paid shipping and White Glove charges are not refundable. Other products and nonqualifying orders follow the standard terms.
