Shipping policy
Flat Rate Delivery:
We offer a simplified flat rate shipping rate on all orders. Free standard shipping kicks in at $3000. Our site is built for bulk purchases in mind, and everything is priced with the assumption that this threshold will be met.
Lead Times:
"In Stock" lead times are about 1-3 days for the shipping process to start! Transit times vary 2-5 weeks depending on the origin warehouse location and the destination address. Chat with us for more info. All times are estimates and in business days.
"Available" items: these items can be ordered, but the lead time might be longer. They may be made to order, custom, or special orders. You can ask our team for more information, or we'll inform you of the estimated delivery times.
"Backordered" items: contact us about the restock date if one isn't already shown.
Shipping Service Levels:
Standard Delivery: This service level covers a doorstep delivery for oversized items and UPS/Fedex delivery for small parcel items. Threshold level service will deliver to the first dry location outside of the home/building such as a porch or garage. If you have a long driveway some trucks may have to drop the item at the driveway entrance.
White Glove Delivery: This service upgrade includes bringing the product(s) in to the room of your choice, removing the box, and performing basic furniture assembly, and removing the packaging and debris. This service includes delivery up 1 flight of stairs and/or an elevator. This does not include lighting assembly or installations that would require mounting an item to a wall, ceiling, or modifying a customer's property in any way. This service is not refundable once the shipment process has started.
Restrictions:
We only ship to certain states, and some remote locations are excluded. Remote locations in addition to international shipments will be quoted on a case by case basis. Some examples of remote are but not limited to: Fire Island, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard...
Signatures may be required on shipments over $500 or deliveries that our team deems unsafe to leave without approval.
Maadson is not responsible for any storage fees or held shipment charges that result from a delay in shipment. Maadson is not responsible for any charges that result from unapproved arrangements with the carriers.
Additional Information:
Maadson is not liable or responsible for any theft or loss that occurs after a delivery. We recommend adding Assure Shipping Protection at checkout for theft protection.
