Refund policy

Jake chair return trial — October 18–November 16, 2026

This trial applies only to the Jake Upholstered Dining Chair with Textured Linen Fabric (SKU FIC1729) in the first 20 qualifying paid orders placed through maadson.com. Orders must be placed and paid between October 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM and November 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM, New York time. The offer closes when 20 qualifying paid orders are reached or the ordering window ends, whichever comes first. Unpaid, cancelled and test orders do not qualify. Other products follow our standard return policy.

A qualifying order keeps these return rights after the offer closes. The trial applies to the Jake chairs in that order; other items in the same order follow the standard policy.

Request return authorization by emailing help@maadson.com within 30 days after delivery. Return the unused chair in its received condition with its original packaging and all included parts. Do not send an unauthorized return.

For an eligible return received and approved after inspection, we will refund the item price paid and associated item tax to the original payment method. No 15% restocking fee applies to qualifying Jake-chair returns under this trial.

The customer pays return freight. Shipping and White Glove service charges already paid are not refundable. Any return-freight amount deducted from the refund must be quoted and agreed before arranging collection. Orders advertised with free standard shipping will not receive an undisclosed outbound-freight deduction.

We will inspect the returned item and initiate an approved refund within 10 business days after receiving it. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Existing damage, defect and incorrect-item procedures continue to apply. Order-cancellation terms remain as stated in the standard policy. These trial terms take precedence over the standard store-credit and restocking-fee terms below only for qualifying Jake-chair returns.

Returns:

Items must be in new condition with original packaging.

Window: 30 Days From Receipt

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the shipping process has started.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded, and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds (if applicable):

Except for qualifying Jake-chair returns under the trial above, Maadson issues store credit rather than refunds.

Restocking Fee: 15% deducted from the final credit

Return Shipping: The cost will be deducted from the final credit.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order for a store credit if the shipping process hasn't started. Your order is considered in the shipping process if it has been packed and scheduled by a carrier, boarded at a distribution center, or left the origin facility. You can no longer cancel after the shipping process has started. Refer to the return policy after this point.

A cancellation request is not a confirmation of a canceled order. Our team needs to track your order down and try to stop the shipping process before any order is considered canceled. We will do our best to stop the shipment, then we'll confirm to you if we have successfully stopped and canceled an order. It can take up to 2 business days for us to perform this process.

Custom and made-to-order items, shipping service upgrades, and held orders/shipments are not eligible for cancellation.

Typographical Errors:
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed or sold at an incorrect price, or a discount code is applied incorrectly, then we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
