Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

All sales are final, and we do not allow returns. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable one the shipping process has started.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded, and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds (if applicable):

Maadson does not issue refunds, and only issues store credits.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order for a store credit if the shipping process hasn't started. Your order is considered in the shipping process if it has been packed and scheduled by a carrier, boarded at a distribution center, or left the origin facility. You can no longer cancel after the shipping process has started, and all sales are final after that point. 

A cancellation request is not a confirmation of a canceled order. Our team needs to track your order down and try to stop the shipping process before any order is considered canceled. We will do our best to stop the shipment, then we'll confirm to you if we have successfully stopped and canceled an order. It can take up to 2 business days for us to perform this process.

All Custom, Made to Order, Final Sale, and Shipping Service Upgrades, and Held Orders/Shipments are not eligible for cancellation.

Typographical Errors:
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed or sold at an incorrect price, or a discount code is applied incorrectly, then we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

In the event that a chargeback is filed and not resolved in your favor, then an additional fee of 20% may be deducted from any future store credit. Additionally, by filing a chargeback you lose eligibility for any warranties, future assistance, and future orders.
